Position: Patient Coordinator / Clinical Concierge

Be Medispa is seeking a licensed Medical Assistant, Scrub Tech, or CNA to join our team as a Clinical Concierge. This unique role combines clinical expertise with elevated, concierge-level service to provide an outstanding patient experience from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

Assist Providers & Patients
Support medical providers during treatments, guide patients through each step of their visit, and provide thorough pre- and post-procedure education.

Organize and contribute to a positive, fast-paced environment
Maintain an organized workflow while supporting a high-performing team and ensuring each patient interaction is smooth and welcoming.

What We’re Looking For

Licensed Medical Assistant, Scrub Tech, CNA, or Esthetician preferred
Experience in dermatology, plastic surgery, or medical aesthetics is highly desirable
Strong skills in patient education, customer service, and phone communication
Computer proficiency with attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
